Shane Swafford
Shane Swafford began his real estate and auction career in 1997. After completing North Georgia School of Auctioneering and Fletcher Real Estate School he became licensed in both Alabama and Georgia. He worked for 2 different companies and in 2008 opened Swafford Auction Group, LLC.
Shane is also the Senior Pastor of Grace Pointe Church of God in Centre AL. He has held this position since 2005.
He is married to Dava Mackey Swafford, his high school sweet-heart and they have identical twin sons, Seth and Sam.
Teresa Battles

Lisa Thornton
Lisa Thornton has been an active member of her community for most of her life and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate. With a passion for service in Cherokee County, Lisa, is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. Jason Peek
Jason Peek, a former U.S. Marine and current law enforcement officer, has been an active member of his community for 49 years now, and is so excited to be turning that community focus toward real estate.
With a passion for service in the Cherokee County area, Jason is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs. As a proud member of the Swafford Auction Group, LLC family, Jason carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything he does.
When Jason isn’t making home ownership dreams come true for his clients, he enjoys spending time coaching his daughter’s softball team, hunting and fishing. Jason lives in Sand Rock with his wife Christy and daughter Kinzlee.
Tonya Howell
After a 25-year career as Marketing Director for the State of Alabama, Tonya retired on January 1, 2019. Following her retirement, Tonya, alongside her husband Jay, opened Weiss Lake Concierge (WLC) on January 1, 2021. This venture offers short-term vacation rentals and property management services around the beautiful Weiss Lake area. That same year, Tonya received her real estate license and began working with Swafford Auction Group as an agent ~ further enhancing WLC services.
Tonya and Jay share three children, two grandchildren, and are proud to call Weiss Lake home.
