Property sits on 2 +/- acres with great highway frontage and visibility. Property will be offered in 2 tracts and then back together.

NEW 2023 and 2024 model boats including Bulls Bay boats, Blazer bass boats, Star Craft deck boats, and Pontoon boats.

New inventory including new boat motors, new boat parts, new boat carpet by the rolls, new PFDs, new accessories, and other items.

There will also be a variety of used boats, Toyota forklift, John Deere 850 tractor, Branson 3015R tractor with front loader, 2025 Next Gen car trailer, shop lift, shop equipment, shop tools, and much more.  

Personal property will sell after real estate. 

 

 

Auction Site: On location at 3527 Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9), Centre, AL, 35960.

Directions: From Centre, at the intersection of Chesnut Bypass and Cedar Bluff Road (HWY 9) at CVS take Cedar Bluff Road toward Cedar Bluff for 3 miles to Sand Valley Watersports on the left. 

Preview: Both real estate and personal property may be previewed on Friday, April 4th, from 9 AM until 4 PM. You may also contact our office for a personal preview of the real estate.

Registration: Registration will be on Friday, April 4th, from 9 AM until 4 PM and beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms: There is a 10% buyer’s premium on the real estate that will be added to the purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent 10% buyer's premium is due on the day of auction for the real estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before May 5, 2025. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 11% buyer’s premium on all online bids for real estate and 13% for all personal property online bids that will be added to purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. 

Survey: We are selling from a new survey. A survey fee will be due and payable on day of auction by the purchaser.

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.

Concessions will be available for this auction.
