Previews: You may preview items on Wednesday, November 20th from 10 AM - 4 PM (ET).
Registration: Registration will be on Wednesday, November 20th from 10 AM - 4 PM (ET) and beginning at 9 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.
All items are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.
Title Fee: There is a $60.00 title fee on any vehicle that requires a title unless you are a licensed dealer.
