After 55 years in business, the Narrell family has decided to retire and has commissioned us to liquidate their huge inventory consisting of new, rebuilt, and used tractor parts, tractors, implements, and equipment plus the real estate.
We will begin selling approximately 580 lots of personal property at 9 AM. We will offer the real estate at 12 PM (NOON) and then a very rare 1952 Industrial Super A Demonstrator Tractor (1 of 7 Undocumented). We will then continue to sell the personal property lots until all lots are SOLD! There will be only a few personal property items with a reserve, everything else will sell ABSOLUTE to the highest bidder!
The real estate is located at 7870 AL Highway 69 N, Cullman, AL 35058 and consists of 3 +/- acres that is completely fenced. The property has great visibility with 290 +/- feet of highway frontage on AL HWY 69 (front access) and 310 +/- feet of road frontage on Wesley Avenue (side access). The office building has great sales counter space with an open display area in front, side office, rest room, parts room, and shop area in the rear. There are several warehouses and utility storage buildings on the property with 20,000 +/- sq ft of storage capacity. The property has all public utilities and is ideal for business, commercial, or industrial use.

Directions: From US Hwy 27 and Russell Field Road take Russell Field Road toward Richard B. Russell Airport to Warren Road and turn right. Go 1 mile to shop on Warren Road on the right.
For home and auction site, go past shop on Warren Road to Ronald Street and turn right, then turn right again on Sproull Street. Go to the end of Sproull Street to home and auction site on the right.
Preview: To schedule a preview of the real estate please contact our office or you may preview the real estate and personal property items on Thursday, February 20th, from 5-7 pm and Friday, February 28th, from 10 AM until 4 PM.
Registration: Registration will be on Friday, February 28th, from 10 AM until 4 PM and beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.
Terms: There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before April 1, 2025. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.
There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal.
There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.

Survey: No new survey has been performed on this property. We are selling from recorded deeds and county tax maps.
Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.
