Auction Site: On location at 16 Sproull Street NE Rome, Georgia, 30165.

Directions: From US Hwy 27 and Russell Field Road take Russell Field Road toward Richard B. Russell Airport to Warren Road and turn right. Go 1 mile to shop on Warren Road on the right.

For home and auction site, go past shop on Warren Road to Ronald Street and turn right, then turn right again on Sproull Street. Go to the end of Sproull Street to home and auction site on the right.

Preview: To schedule a preview of the real estate please contact our office or you may preview the real estate and personal property items on Thursday, February 20th, from 5-7 pm and Friday, February 28th, from 10 AM until 4 PM. 

Registration: Registration will be on Friday, February 28th, from 10 AM until 4 PM and beginning at 8 AM on sale day. All interested persons must register to bid prior to bidding.

Terms:  There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on the real estate that will be added to the Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. The ten percent (10%) Buyer's Premium is due on the day of auction for the Real Estate and will serve as the deposit. The deposit will be held in escrow until closing. Balance is due at closing. The closing will be held on or before April 1, 2025. This sale is not contingent on a potential buyer’s ability to obtain financing.

There is a 10% Buyer’s Premium on all personal property items. All applicable sale taxes will be charged unless buyer has Tax Exempt status. All personal property items are to be PAID in FULL on the day of auction and prior to removal. 

​There is a 13% Buyer’s Premium on all online bids that will be added to Purchaser’s bid to arrive at the final bid price. 13% is the total, not in addition to the 10%.

All properties are being sold "AS IS" without any warranties, guarantees, or promises. 

Survey: No new survey has been performed on this property. We are selling from recorded deeds and county tax maps. ​

Forms of Payment: Cash, Check, and Wire Transfer ($15 fee for wire transfer). All Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express) are accepted with a 4% fee for in person or online purchases.

Concessions: Concessions will be available at this auction.
